- returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- items must be in their original, unworn condition
- return shipping is paid by the buyer
- original shipping costs are non-refundable
US orders - Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
All orders shipped to the United States are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
This means US import duties and taxes are prepaid to US customs before the package enters the country, so your order arrives without any extra charges at delivery.
These import duties are collected by US customs and are non-refundable, even if an item is returned.
What is refunded for US returns
If you return a US order, we will refund:

the item value excluding prepaid US import duties
We cannot refund:

prepaid US import duties

any express shipping upgrades
Typical duty amount
US import duties for apparel are typically $14-16 per $100 of item value.
This amount is included in your checkout total and prepaid on your behalf when your order ships.
If an item is returned, this portion is deducted from the refund, because it was already paid to US customs and cannot be reclaimed.
