Shipping cost depends on your destination and selected shipping method.
Standard shipping to the United States is free.
Optional express shipping (DHL еxpress) is available at checkout.
For US orders, import duties and taxes are included in the item price and prepaid before shipment.
Shipping & delivery
We usually ship orders within 2-5 business days after payment is cleared.
All items are shipped from our studio in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
US orders (Delivered Duty Paid)
All shipments to the United States are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
This means US import duties and taxes are prepaid to US customs before the package enters the country, so your order arrives without any additional charges at delivery.
Because customs clearance is handled in advance, U.S. shipments typically move through customs without delays or payment requests.
Delays & lost packages
International holidays, weather conditions, and carrier disruptions may occasionally affect delivery times.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund.
