SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We usually ship items within 1-3 days of clearing your payment. Items are shipped from our studio in Sofia, Bulgaria. As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation, including a tracking number, regardless of the shipping method.Please note that customs clearance, international holidays and other unexpected circumstances may delay your package. We have little control over such circumstances, but will do everything we can to resolve shipping problems at your best interest. What’s more, we offer a full refund or exchange on lost packages. The loss of mail is not our fault, but neither is it yours and ultimately, we want this to be a pleasant experience for you - from browsing our store to wearing our clothes.
