You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) - all US import duties and taxes are prepaid before shipment, so there are no extra charges on delivery.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition.

For US orders, refunds are issued for the item value excluding prepaid US import duties.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
